wheat pasting recipe: 
1 cup Flour
4 cups water 
Other materials:
Before adding heat to a small pot, mix together water and flour till there are no clumps left.
Add medium heat, stirring frequently, when warm, add handful of sugar.
Mix till thick but runny, similar to tacky glue, cool to a comfortable temp. 
Funnel paste into a thin, flexible, water bottle If you don't have a funnel, you can make one out of paper. 
Wheat paste is not shelf stable, store in fridge. Paste is good for 2 days.
